This is NOT needed if you have your own verifiable comprehensive and collision insurance coverage that transfers to rental cars. Wausau Wheels requires all renters to have LIABILITY insurance coverage in their name from an established insurance company (i.e. Progressive, State Farm, American Family, The General, etc.) Wausau Wheels is required to verify all insurance before rental pickup. Protect your rental vehicle with RentalCover for you and any additional drivers who are also on the rental agreement. Cancel any time before pick-up.

What you will be covered for:

• Up to US $50,000.00 in damages with zero deductible.

• Covers damages caused by collision, theft, vandalism, natural disaster or any cause beyond your control while in your possession.

• CDP is your primary coverage so you won’t have to file a covered claim with your personal auto policy as long as your claim does not exceed the coverage limit.

• Damage-related charges and rental charges imposed by the rental company are covered.

• Covers losses incurred when the rental vehicle is driven (or in the possession of) any licensed driver listed on your rental agreement.

• Cancel anytime before pick-up day.

What you will not be covered for:

• Not for commercial use. Not compatible with rideshare or delivery services like Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash.

• Damages resulting from a breach of the rental agreement or local laws.
